Voxeet already makes your conference calls sound amazing. Now we’re making them amazingly easy to schedule and start. Our new feature does all the work of setting up and kicking off your conference calls for you, making meetings as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Log in to your account with the new version of Voxeet so we can register your time zone.
  2. Add meet@voxeet.me to your list of participants in the next meeting you schedule through Outlook, iCal, Google Calendar, Live, Lotus or Yahoo!
  3. We’ll create the meeting on Voxeet, notify your participants and call everyone—including you—at the scheduled time (or send call-in information to anyone who isn’t on Voxeet yet). All you need to do is open the app and sign in so we can reach you. If any participants miss the initial call, they can simply log in to Voxeet to join the conference at any time.

You can access your conference in Voxeet to manage details or start it at any time by going to the “Scheduled Conferences” section of the “Conferences” tab. It’s that easy—no dial-in number, no password, no confusion. Give it a try for your next meeting and experience conference call scheduling (and meeting participation) made simple.
